Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated from time to time.
All products are subject to availability. Where stock is limited, an item may become unavailable or sell out.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount using the original payment method.
Please check your order details and delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Scotland.
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 2–3 working days. During new releases, busy periods or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take a little longer.
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Willow & Whiskey name, branding, original graphics, photographs, website content and original designs displayed on this website belong to Willow & Whiskey or are used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
