Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Scotland.

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 2–3 working days. During new releases, busy periods or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take a little longer.

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking information will be provided where available for the service selected.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at willowandwhiskeywestern@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
